There are few museums around the world, standing in the very center
of military actions, such is the National Museum Park of
Shipka. It covers the historical places related to the defense
of the Shipka Pass during the Liberation War (1877-1878): a complex
of monuments, restored defense positions, batteries and dug-outs. |
